Wow, what a great deal Candace! I’m starting school tomorrow with my 3 year old and we’re both really excited about it! I have a question…and I know it shows my lack of innovation. But, I was wondering, how did you get the moveable parts of the board to be moveable? Do you understand what I’m asking? I’m trying to figure out how to attach the days/weather/colors etc to the outer folds of my board while still being able to move them back and forth to the center as needed. Thanks for your help!
Hi Elizabeth, I do know exactly what you are talking about. I bought rolls of velcro tape, cut it to size, and then put the harder side on one (board or cards) and the softer side on the other. You’ll end up short of one side of the roll, since some of the cards will use the same piece of velcro on the board. Let me know if this doesn’t make sense.
