I have more than likely shared the Doxology on here before – it’s been one of my favorite hymns for as long as I can remember. It’s really the last verse of a song entitled, “All People That on Earth Do Dwell”.
Each line of this particular verse focuses our attention God – He gives ALL blessings. ALL creatures should praise Him; the entire host of heaven praises Him – He is worthy of our praise.
Praise the Father – the Creator, the Judge for His love and righteousness. Praise the Son for offering His life to save us from our sin. Praise the Holy Ghost for being with us each and every day; guiding us and prompting our hearts to know and do what the Lord would have us to.
Begin teaching your child from a very early age that all good things are blessings from the Lord. Good things don’t just happen by chance, but they are given from the God of the universe – handpicked just for us!
Before closing, I’d like to take a minute to praise Him for the handpicked blessing He has recently given our family – a news of a coming baby! Please bear with me over the next few weeks as I’ll be more quiet, as I have the past few – I’m VERY tired. 
But praise the Lord, we are so excited to receive this gift from Him!
