Reseller Terms and Conditions

By becoming an affiliate, dropshipper, or wholesaler of Sonbeams products, you are agreeing to be held to the following:

1) Images of Sonbeams own line of products may be taken from the Products List and used on your website/ blog. Please request if an item is allowable if you are not certain.

2) Product Description must be in your own words. Duplicate wording is not allowed, and will result in your affiliate position being terminated.

3) All prices must be at or above the retail price listed on Sonbeams Product Listings. You may pass along sale information when we are running a sale or having a promotion. In fact, this is desired!

4) Affiliate and dropshipping commissions are set at 30%.

5) Returns not allowed unless product is damaged – only unopened products may be returned minus for a refund of retail cost only and a 15% restocking fee.

6) Wholesale accounts receive a 40% off discount. Minimum orders of $100 required for wholesale accounts.

7) Dropshipping accounts are sent to your customer with YOUR information on the mailout. Please inquire further as to where to send your inserts or mailing labels.
